We manufacture precision metal stampings, formed components, assemblies, as well as sub-assemblies for automotive, marine, industrial, solar, green, and other emerging industries. Our extensive expertise with progressive and secondary dies allows us to perform operations such as blanking, piercing, bending, forming, coining, drawing, and curling. Our stamping department has presses with tonnage from 30 to 275 tons.The stamping lines are backed with automated quick change, and die protection systems. Our stamping lines utilize infrared, fiber optics, load tonnage monitors, proximity sensors, cameras, as well as other die protection equipment. Parts are stamped from a wide range of material, including steel, stainless steel, HSLA, aluminum, copper, brass. Material thickness range from .005 to .188 and are processed with high precision and repeatable accuracy.
