Tooling for Precision Metal Stamping(Click on image to enlarge) Tooling for Precision Metal Stamping Our expert toolmakers and engineers have extensive experience in developing tooling for precision metal stamping operations. We custom design dies for stamping operations, such as cutting, bending, drawing, embossing, coining, in die tapping and curling tasks, to be performed on a range of sheet metal components. We design and build tooling all in house to be your full service one stop technical partner. Our tooling department is equipped with CNC machines, auto-threading wire EDMs, and CAD systems. This enables us to build single as well as multi station progressive dies. With sizes ranging from 6" to 84" long and tonnage capacities up to 275 tons. In addition to building new tooling we also run and repair existing tooling. On all tools, Die maintenance is preformed at staged intervals to ensure part quality and long tool life. These services are performed in house for the life of the tooling at no cost to you the customer. Our tooling includes the latest die protection sensor automation available. Our specialists determine the best sensor choices available to aid in the part as well as tooling quality and life. Sensor automation uses infrared lasers, fiber optics, load tonnage monitors, cameras, as well as proximity sensors to continuously control and monitor the safety of the stamping tools through the entire phase of metal stamping operations. We also handle Advanced in die tapping to cost effectively fabricate stamped parts with tapped holes. Let us handle your next tooling project for a no hassle experience.
